Verification is currently a manual review by our team. Add your social accounts and submit them; once approved they show as verified on your storefront and in brand discovery. We don't auto-sync follower counts.

Yes. Digital products are delivered instantly after payment. Buyers get secure download links on their order page and by email, with limited download grants to protect your files.

You can offer local delivery or pickup. Every order lands in your orders dashboard where you manage fulfilment, and buyers get a tracking page. Buyers can raise a dispute on a physical order if something goes wrong, so keep tracking up to date.

Yes. Add a tips block to your storefront and supporters can send you a tip by card. Tips go straight into your Hookik wallet and are non-refundable for the sender.

A lead form block lets visitors leave their details: inquiries, waitlists, collab interest. Every submission appears in your dashboard so you can follow up however you like.

Set your weekly availability with date overrides for busy weeks, add buffers between sessions and a minimum notice period. Buyers pick a slot in their own timezone, and both of you get automatic reminder emails 24 hours and 1 hour before. You can also subscribe to a calendar feed so bookings show up in your own calendar.

Brands browse creator discovery, where your rate card, with ₦ prices per service, and your verified socials do the talking. They can message you, send a collab request, or invite you to a campaign: content/UGC or gifting.

Every deal is escrow-protected: the brand pays upfront, Hookik holds the funds, and the money is released to your wallet when you deliver. You never start work on a promise.

Your earnings accumulate in your Hookik wallet. When you're ready, withdraw to your Nigerian bank account. Any payout fees are shown before you confirm.
